We aim to set ourselves apart from online booking sites and other larger corporate travel companies by offering a truly personal service.

EAS - UNDERSTANDING THE IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN AND PERSONAL TOUCH!

EAS was founded by us, Anne-Marie and Eric, more than 13 years ago.
We are all based in Barcelona and between us have more than 30 years experience in the Travel and Hotel Industry. We saw a niche for a more specialized accommodation and events service for exhibitors and attendees at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and then expanded to offer the same service at other key events locations such as World Property Market and Cannes Lions in Cannes and now ISE in Barcelona for 2021.

We offer a truly personal service from the first moment we speak with you right through to assisting you to select accommodation and services (event planning, hostesses, translators, interpreters and private drivers) that seucure your conference experience to be a smooth and definite success. We offer 24/7 access to our team for the duration of the events we cover.

Anne-Marie de la Vega Duque
Director/Co-founder

Anne-Marie is originally from Minnesota in the USA but she has lived in Barcelona for over 14 years.

She has worked in the travel industry for 13 years and speaks English and Spanish. With a background in the American corporate world she understands what it means to make clients happy.

Eric Crespin
Director/Co-founder

Eric is originally from France but has lived many years in London before relocating to Barcelona in 2006.

His background is in the hotel industry working for Trusthouse Forte hotels for many years in London. He then opened his first travel business in 1994 and kept it for 10 years before selling it to a larger tour operator in London. Eric speaks English, French and Spanish and prides himself in excellent customer service and attention to detail.

YEARS AGO I HAD RESERVED 25 HOTEL ROOMS FOR MY COMPANY FOR THE LARGEST WIRELESS CONFERENCE IN BARCELONA WITH A DIFFERENT PROVIDER.
