Are you official MIPIM providers?

Do you have availability throughout the entire event week?

Yes. Most hotels require a minimum stay of four nights during the key MIPIM dates, and apartments and villas are rented by the full event week. We can assist you with both standard and extended stays based on your needs.

Which areas do you recommend staying in during MIPIM?

The best areas to stay during MIPIM are La Croisette, Cannes Old Town, and the Banane area. All our centrally located Cannes properties are within a 10-minute walk of the Palais des Festivals, ensuring convenient access to meetings and networking events.

What's the difference between your properties and booking directly?

Unlike direct bookings, we offer a fully serviced experience: on-site assistance, seamless key collection, 24/7 availability during MIPIM, and preferential rates for the most coveted properties in Cannes.

Do you offer hotel/apartments/villas for large groups?

Yes, we offer hotels, apartments, and villas for both individual attendees and large groups. To guarantee availability during MIPIM, we advise booking early for groups of 10 or more.

What is the approximate price per person?

Pricing for MIPIM accommodations varies significantly based on property category and location. Our team will recommend the most suitable options that match your budget and event needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer or Credit Card payments by AMEX, MASTERCARD OR VISA

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by venue and accommodation. Details are provided for each property before booking.

Do you organize airport transfers?

We arrange hourly, daily, and airport transport with our trusted local driver network. All services use executive vehicles, fixed advance-booked rates, and preferred pricing for EAS clients thanks to our long-standing partnerships.

Can you help with visa/official invitations?

Yes, we provide visa invitation letters once booking is confirmed.

Can you get reservations at hard-to-access restaurants during MIPIM?

We provide access to Cannes’ top restaurants, securing reservations at high-demand locations throughout the event week. This luxury concierge service is complimentary for clients booking accommodation or venues with EAS.

Do you organize corporate events during MIPIM?

Yes, we organize corporate events throughout MIPIM, from intimate executive breakfasts to large cocktail receptions and private gatherings. We work with luxury villas, prime Croisette apartments, and leading Cannes restaurants to deliver seamless, high-end experiences.

Can you get invitations to official MIPIM events?

We don’t manage access to official events this can be found on the official MIPIM website.

How far in advance should I book?

Premium Cannes venues and accommodation are often secured up to six months before MIPIM. To ensure access to top properties and spaces, we recommend booking early. Availability evolves daily, and our team will work to offer you the best options at the time of your request.

What if I need changes after booking?

You’ll have full support from our team before, during, and after the event — we’re here to manage any questions or adjustments that arise.

Do you have references from previous MIPIM clients?
