Years ago, I had reserved 25 hotel rooms for my company for the largest wireless conference in Barcelona with a different provider. Just a few weeks prior to the event I was notified we had no rooms; the other company had not booked correctly, and we were out of luck with virtually no rooms available or any hotel sites during our dates.
