Here is a piece of advice: try to choose your training slots during regular business hours of locals, since this gym gets busy outside of working hours.

CNAB – Club Natació Atlètic-Barceloneta

If your training or part of it is a swimming session, this is a spot for you. Believe it or not, this club was opened over a century ago. Since 1913 it has been providing excellent service for all visitors! They’re open all year round, and the facilities cover over 22,000m2!

Location is one of the main advantages. This gym is literally located on Barceloneta Beach, just moments from the famous W Hotel, and a few steps from the sea.

Its working hours are every day from 7 am to 11 pm, except for Sunday when it is open from 8 am to 5 pm.

And the price is 13EUR per day

Holmes Place Barcelona Gym

This top-notch gym center is available at four locations in Barcelona.

Holmes Place is known as a brand for offering a luxurious gym experience, in their high-end facilities with the best fitness equipment. Their personal trainers are very popular in the town.

At some locations, they will offer a free day pass, while a monthly pass you can purchase at 74,90 EUR.

They are open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 11 pm, on Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm, and on

Sundays and holidays from 10 am to 3 pm (except in August).

Aiguajoc

The day pass at this gym costs 10 EUR, so it is a good value for money. You’ll probably find everything you could need available there: a fully-equipped gym and pool, as well as a host of other amenities which you can make the most of to get a truly great workout.

Located in the Sant Antoni neighborhood, this gym is easily accessible by metro and bus lines. If you’re staying anywhere around the center of Barcelona, this fitness center is a convenient solution.

From Monday to Friday it is open from 7 am to 10 pm, while on Saturdays it works 8 am to 9 pm, and from 8 am to 3 pm on Sundays.

Duet Fit

Duet Fit is a fitness center located in the proximity of the Arc de Triomf, meaning that it is located not far from the center of Barcelona. A daily pass at the price of 10 EUR includes access to all of the classes, and that is a very good deal. They have a lot of different programs to offer.

As a bonus and a time saver for corporate travelers, they have a nice restaurant too. The lunch spaces make this a great gym to get in an afternoon workout since you can also enjoy a  healthy meal here.
